 Salon Policies
Arrival
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your services. Please help us by being punctual so that we may complete your service as scheduled. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation
Should a cancellation be necessary, please call us a minimum of 24 hours in advance for a single service or 48 hours in advance for 2 or more services to avoid charges. If appointments are not canceled or rescheduled in the allotted time stated above, the fees will be incurred by the client. For further clarification of cancellation and fees consult with our staff before scheduling. 
Cancellations must be made by speaking directly to a customer service representative, voicemail, or emailing clientservice@awghairstudio.ws. 
Customer Service
If you are not satisfied with your service we require you to notify your stylist before leaving the salon.  There will be an additional fee charged to the client, if you leave AWG, & return for any changes.

Children Under 13
Our open space is not a safe environment for babies and/or children. For their benefit and your peace of mind, we would greatly appreciate leaving children under 13 years of age at home (during your salon appointment) unless otherwise being serviced. To respect the comfort of all guests, children under 13 years of age that are being serviced  we ask that they are accompanied by a parent at all times. An additional fee is applied to services for children 5 years old and under. Discount prices are not available to children.

Gift Certificates 
Purchased at AWG  for any of our products or services or any dollar amount. Our Gift certificates expire exactly one year from date of purchase. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment.
Gift certificates are non-transferable (except to purchaser) and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

 

Right of Refusal
AWG reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of the service. Our staff reserves the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

New clients will receive a 10% discount on the entire bill when booking a full shampoo & style service package.
